About the Business
I am a native English speaker from Australia. My background is in Science - Physics and Astronomy. I worked as a professional astronomer for 5 years doing research and working as support staff in top international observatories, which means I not only have a theoretical scientific background but I also have a good hands-on understanding of technical/engineering concepts surrounding instrumentation and control systems. Languages have always been my passion - I lived and worked in Chile for 3 years and have travelled widely in Spain and South America including Peru, Bolivia and Argentina.
Over the past few years I have moved into freelance translation and language services, specialising in scientific translation. I translate only into English, my native language and pride myself on offering a high-quality, accurate and reliable translation service. I am now based in the UK but my clients include companies and private individuals from around the world and across a diverse range of sectors.
