I am a professional, qualified linguist, accredited with an MSc Translating & Conference Interpreting and an MA Honours French: Language & Literature, 2:1. I am an Associate of the Institute of Translation & Interpreting (AITI) in the UK. I work on a freelance basis, on a flexible schedule, from French into my native English. I am based in East Lothian (near Edinburgh), Scotland, UK and trade as GMH Intercommunication. I provide punctual, reliable and accurate French and English language services that are cost effective and maintain client confidentiality at all times. I offer Translation, Proofreading, Simultaneous & Consecutive Interpreting. I also teach French to individuals and small groups in East Lothian and Edinburgh. My Translation work focuses on Journalism, Marketing & Advertising, Tourist Information and General Business as well as small legal projects, namely certificates and business registration documentation.
