As a member of the Tape Transcription Panel of Her Majesty's Courts & Tribunals Service, Posib is authorised to transcribe recordings of court hearings heard in the courts of England and Wales. We are affiliate members of Resolution, the largest organisation of family lawyers in the UK.
This means we support and abide by Resolution's Code of Practice. We keep up-to-date with developments in Family Law and we understand the sensitive and confidential nature of family hearings. Our overriding objective is to avoid delay, because delay in a child's life can have such serious consequences. We work with recordings on tape, DVD, CD and DAR- court hearings, police interviews, experts' meetings - so many possibilities.
